    Bingo! Yes.

As long as you then add the rest of the template defence (but DON'T show us!).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Defence was sent to ClaimResponses.CNBC@justice.gov.uk today, 03/05/2025.

    Is now the waiting game?

It is assuming that you checked for the email auto response from the CNBC as proof of receipt

Then keep following the 12 steps in the defence template thread in announcements

    Thanks @Gr1pr

The auto response email has not arrived yet. Will chase it up after the bank holiday break.

Not there either. Should I try to send the email again?

Sometimes they go in their spam folder,  so maybe try using a different common email server,  Hotmail or Outlook or Gmail or Yahoo etc, CC yourself in too, plus CC the lawyers as well,  so 3 destinations

You'll have to. That defence is NOT in.

When you get the auto receipt please don't post it here. Just continue with the first 12 steps!

Tried 06/05/2025 and received auto response.

Where can I find the lawyer's email? The layer is Sarah Ensall from DCB Legal Ltd.

    Update:

Found her email, sarah@dcblegal.co.uk. Forwarded her my defence email accordingly, with body 'FYI'

There was no need to email her,  although info@ is probably the correct email address

The CNBC in Northampton will forward your defence to the lawyers,  so no harm done but wasn't necessary  ( nobody mentioned emailing DCB Legal at the claim stage  )
