RAC turned up without correct tools then charged me for tow home

    He could have driven home and repaired the car at home.

    He could have phoned home and asked 'somebody' to bring him the tool he needed by taxi, if necessary.

    But he didn't.
    Well, I have to conclude that the £200 RAC cost was cheaper than the cost of the return taxi.
