Post Office Cash ISA - Problems transfering out.....

Has anyone else experienced any problems moving a cash ISA out of the Post Office?
Around this time last year it was one of the top cash ISA rates on MSE (as it included a generous 12 month bonus rate) so in April 2024 I moved my existing ISA pot into the Post Office and made additional contributions during the year.
Fast forward 12 months and the bonus rate is coming to an end and I want to move the whole ISA pot to another provider with an easy access cash ISA (I want to move away from the Post Office as during the last year a relative had issues getting access to the money in their savings account with them and I'm a little twitchy I might not be able to get access to my money as/when I need to).
I've tried looking at all the current top picks on MSE (Moneybox, T212, etc) as well as many of the high street banks, but none have the "Post Office" on the list of ISA providers who they can transfer money from when setting up an online account.
Does anyone know any cash ISA providers who can facilitate the transfer of an ISA from the Post Office through an online application?
I've tried messaging the Post Office to see if they will provide a list of other providers they have worked with in the past but no response as of yet....
Many thanks.

If your Post Office ISA is an online account, it's managed by One Family, so this is who you'd need to select as your current provider. (This works for moneybox)
