speaking to a person possible?

Not sure if this is the correct place on the forum but here goes.....

Does anyone know how to speak to an actual advisor at Sky instead of the useless virtual assistant?  Thanks

    just keep repeating the same question over & over. That usually provokes a pass on to a human.

    I just typed " I need to speak to an adviser" in answer to all it's questions. Eventually  the robot replied " I think you need to speak to an adviser:
