Previous tax year's ISAs

If one has several cash ISAs subscribed in previous tax year's and they get transferred more than once, it becomes difficult to know/remember which tax year they were opened. The metadata for an ISA presumably gets passed to a new provider. How can one get that information,?

One doesn't need that information, in that as far as ISAs are concerned it's a binary matter of current year or prior, without any requirement to track exactly which prior year.
