Chip transfer out & pending interest payment

I’m planning to transfer out my Chip ISA, and being aware that I can only do a full transfer (and thus closure) I’m trying to work out what will happen to the “pending interest” on my account. Does anyone know if this gets paid on closure, or will I fully lose it? I’m struggling to find reference to this in the T&Cs or in any other forum posts. Thanks.

Cant help with Chip but whenever Ive closed a savings account that pays out monthly, they have paid the interest so far that month out at the same time as the account closure. You would think this would be no different,
