Moneybox ISA trying to transfer to new provider

I'm having a bit of a nightmare trying to transfer my ISA from Moneybox to Secure Trust Bank, Moneybox is not listed on their transfer ISA list. Can anyone offer any advice please?

Transfer somewhere else first - somewhere that is on Secure Trust Bank's list.

You're aware that once your Moneybox ISA is moved, you cannot return and open a new ISA with them.

Has anyone managed to transfer out of Moneybox Isa ? Most other providers will not accept Nat. Ins. No. as acc. no. I am getting nowhere fast trying to move my money. Any help would be much appreciated. TIA

If they are asking for a six digit sort code and eight digit numeric account number, then these details can be filled with zeroes. The NINO is specified elsewhere on the form.

I left sort code and account number blank, and just gave the Moneybox number as Reference. I can't remember where I found that one but you can figure that out, I am sure. You probably don't need your NINO on the transfer form.

Note you cannot have another cash ISA with Moneybox once your transferred one out.

I found the sort code and account number in my Moneybox app, as follows:

Tap ISA Overview
Tap Cash ISA
Tap ...More
Tap Manual Bank Transfers

Account details for my Moneybox Cash ISA were on next page.
