Trading 212 cash ISA

I'm in the process of transferring my money from another ISA into my new Trading 212 account.  I'm a bit cheesed off that I don't seem to be moving up the queue at all and I think the introductory rate will expire before they get round to moving my money in.

More worryingly, I can't quite believe I am expected to have a five figure sum of money in an account where the only security is my email address and a password.  No two factor authentication, no account number, no security questions, nothing.  Will this be added once I've funded the account?  Seems unlikely.  Coupled with the delay and the missed bonus rate, should I cancel it and go somewhere else?

Oh right, this appears to be the answer:
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is activated by default for everyone at Trading 212. If you are not required to enter a 2FA verification code, it means you are logging into your account using a device you previously trusted or used to verify your identity. A 2FA verification code is required to authorize actions on untrusted devices.

    I'm still not impressed.
