questions about delivery, simple and business policies

Whilst trying to list some items I am getting and error message and have to use a web browser to complete my listing "to apply my business policies" 
I normally draft the listing from a browser on my desktop PC, and then use my phone to get pictures and complete the listing, but have also just tried making a new listing from my phone and it still says the same thing. I have used a browser on my phone but it takes much longer and is awkward.
A few years ago I set up a thing called business polices, Don't remember how I did it but the idea was at the time it would be easier to increase postage for all my items without doing it 100 times.
now that we are being forced to use simple delivery, I'm not really fused about the price of postage so how do I just get rid of all the business policies alltogether?
come to think of it, how are we we being switched to simple delivery? is this really happening next week?

well it must have been a glitch because I can do listings on my phone again now. 
would still like to know how to opt out of the business policy postage though, just seems pointless having those if it's all going to be simple delivery from now on

You don't have to opt out, just make sure to opt for SD going forward.

However SD is expensive for LL items and ebay have talked about, but not released an official statement yet, about exempting those. So it might be useful to keep at least one business policy for LL in case there is an opt out.

At the moment, SD is not actually even being offered on one of my accounts for LL< I couldn't use it even if I wanted. However it is offered about 90% of the time on the other account , but I can still opt out.
