Many years ago DH and I obtained free Bitecards, which gave a 10% discount at some catering outlets on mainline rail stations. I've used mine fairly recently, but now can't find it, and wonder if I failed to pick it up. Can't find any way of applying for a replacement, site times out etc. So is this now defunct?

Apparently they stopped issuing cards a long time ago.
Some people have still got the discount to work, but you can't get new cards now.
