Wonder if you can help. My mum had car agreements in place. Prior to her passing she had been looking into this and received a letter from black horse to confirm one or more agreements involved DCA. The finance was in Mums name but the money came of the house money. Therefore would my Dad still be able to go

If the right paperwork is in place, yes he could, but nothing is happening until the FCA and courts finish with the situation, after which they may be able to provide a better answer of what will happen
