CMC Invest (Cash ISA) - pending interest query

I opened a cash ISA with CMC on Sunday and funded it with £6000 (via debit card).
The pending interest was £0.00 yesterday, and it is £0.91 today - so it doesn't look like it counted the day of deposit (Sunday) for interest accumulation.
I'm wondering if this was because I funded it with a debit card? (if so, I will use the direct bank transfer method next time).
For anyone that has a CMC Invest cash ISA - is this the same for you?

Sunday is not a bank working day. They wouldn't have received cleared funds.0

I made my first deposit by card yesterday, but the transaction is only showing a 'Settled' date of today. 0.00 pending interest.1

Yes, exactly the same for me. Debit card was the only option for funding I could find on the app.SamDude said:I opened a cash ISA with CMC on Sunday and funded it with £6000 (via debit card).

I have a “bank transfer” option which gives me a sort code, account number and a reference code. It warns that deposits won’t be credited immediately and it’ll usually take one working day.allegro120 said:
