Ryanair verification

Hi there
I have received email notification from Ryanair that I need to verify my identity in order to unblock a recent booking. This was also flagged on the booking page so I k ow is genuine. Despite what the email states, I booked direct on Ryanair website (not 3rd party) This has happened before. I don’t use third party for Ryanair. There is a small fee to complete verification. As well as the hassle of doing it. Has anyone else experienced this, who has also booked direct? I may summon the energy to contact them.

Happened to me this year......I phoned them up spoke to a human and he changed it for me there and then......There was no drama and he apologised. Took about 15 minutes in total. .
