Never seen a set up like that
For the metering experts, how are 2 rates taken for a reading?
Is there a button on that digital attachment??
And with no serial number on it, I'm guessing supplier would give the analogue serial number, which would confuse a meter reader (me included)0 -

RTS refers to the communication aspect and is usually a black box - it it this which is being dispensed with
But the rts receiver at a push could be in the plastic dual rate bolt on box.
It would be nice if someone had the company spec for that module.
Wonder if there is a manufacturer / part number on it ?Unlikely to be an RTS meter because the depth is far too small. The ferrite rod aerial has to have an alternative mounting position in case it happens to be edge-on to the transmitter and can't receive a usable signal. It appears to be a very simple and very small two-rate meter with a built-in electronic clock and timeswitch. There seem to be no buttons so presumably the display alternates between Rate 1 kWh, Rate 2 kWh, Total kWh, Time and Date?1
