Email is what you will be using, as detailed in the first 2 posts in the defence template sticky thread in announcements, please study them, especially the 12 steps in the 2nd post
You will eventually email your defence as a pdf document attachment to claim responses, as explained in the thread posts by coupon mad, so stick to our advice, dont go off piste, dont do anything other than the 12 steps tell you

I have now received the Notice of Proposal Allocation to the Small Claims Track.
There is a section regarding mediation and asking if the small claims track is the appropriate track for my case.
I have not filled in anything like this before and wondered if there are any pointers I should look into?0 -
The required advice can be found in the usual 2 announcements near the top of the forum, the newbies sticky thread and the defence template thread
Mediation stage has been compulsory since last year, you dont get a choice1 -
