Civil National Business Centre Claim Form

Hi.
I have been playing "ping pong" with euro car parks and dcb legal for just over 1 year now.

I have just returned to the UK after a few months in Europe and received a couple of threatening letters from DCB Legal and finally a claim form from the CNBC.
I am wanting to know the best way to fill in the Acknowledgement of Service section as I intend to contest the "demand for menace" to the full!

The form indicates that I can respond to the claim online through moneyclaim.gov but I wanted to clarify the procedure through you just to make sure I don't hash it up.

I have been reading the Newbies Threads but couldn't find a link that would seem to help me.
(If there is, please can you push me in the right direction.)

Obviously I will need to fill in the acknowledgement of Service section, followed by the Defence & Counter Claim section but could do with some guidance please?

Study the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum,  second post,  plus study the 12 steps in the defence template thread in announcements too

The explanation to fill it in is in a Dropbox link

Do nothing else on MCOL,  nothing,  so no it's not obvious, it's simply not done,  only the AOS, , 5 to 19 days after the issue date,  so what is the issue date  ?   (  I dont think that you will be counter claiming   )

Post a redacted picture of the POC on the lower left of the claim form after hiding the VRM details first too

Please just read the second post of the NEWBIES thread. It needs reading properly. We have no time to repeat it here in thread after thread, piecemeal.

You can't get any easier than a Template Defence that needs you to add two words and one date. It's right there.

Can I clear something up please?
Is the Claim Form I received just DCB Legal using more bullying tactics and giving the illusion that this is to do with a CCJ?

    No.

This is a real claim form and if you din't defend this you'll have a default CCJ within weeks.

So you defend it - dead simple to do.

Have you done the AOS as per the pictures in the NEWBIES thread?

I have been trying to see where I send my defense. Looks like I'm past the LOC reply from DCB email route and wondered if I send the defense via MCOL webpage?

You left your unique password showing

If you have done the AOS online,  on MCOL

Then draft your paragraph 3 accordingly,  especially as that pcn issued date is incorrect,  so same as the dozens of similar cases on here

The claim form is from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL,  so clearly a legitimate court claim via the official government justice department in Northampton,  not bogus,  so doing the AOS online on MCOL should have confirmed to you that it's official and needs to be dealt with

Do not get a default CCJ due to ignoring an official claim

But the Template Defence thread tells you all this including the email to use. Please read that thread properly.

Of you don't put a 30 paragraph defence in on MCOL. Won't fit!
