Not sure why you'd think the NTK is in date. The event was on the 12th of January and the NTK was send out on the 21st March, so outside the POFA 2012 relevant period for transfer of liability to the keeper for a NTK following a Notice to Driver. Or am I missing something?Coupon-mad said:
Eh?SpinninginInfinity said:but AM reporting haven't responded to my appeal almost three months later, so POPLA hopes dashed. Never mind I'll enjoy referring the threatagrams to the BPA when they arrive
Thank you.
Not sure it's worth a mention but the back of the NTK has an type size of about 1mm on printed A4, which is far from legible for most of us!
Good luck and thanks for what you do.
But that NTK is in date and the keeper needs to appeal it this week.(4)The notice must be given by—
(b)sending it by post to a current address for service for the keeper so that it is delivered to that address within the relevant period
(5)The relevant period for the purposes of sub-paragraph (4) is the period of 28 days following the period of 28 days beginning with the day after that on which the notice to driver was given.
As it is though PCS have revealed that the NTK is in fact non POFA as part of a SAR submission.0 -
Just to add though that I have submitted an appeal to PCS as purely keeper.0
-
But a Notice to Driver was issued - therefore Para 8 (not 9) applies re PoFA.1

Phew!SpinninginInfinity said:Just to add though that I have submitted an appeal to PCS as purely keeper.
That's what I meant by saying it was still in date. The NTK was crying out for the keeper to appeal it!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
