Okay thank you so just wait for the questionnaire to come through1

Hi, another update I have had an email from DCBL to say they will be proceeding with the claim and have attached their questionnaire. The 12 steps say to wait for the questionnaire from CNBC and ignore correspondence from DCBL just want to make sure that is correct?0
-
It is correct; you can, if you want, check your status page on MCOL and see when the CNBC post the DQ to you and then you can download one, complete and return it.2

Thank you currently it just says my defense was received and then the date. So I just wait for an update to say they have sent out a questionnaire?0

Study the newbies sticky thread post 2 regarding mediation stage, plus the 12 steps in the newbies sticky thread in announcements
There are plenty of anecdotes on here with feedback from the mediation stage, so study a few ( I have probably read a few dozen so far )1 -

*Update*Hi all, I had my mediation call last week which was not settled. DCBL advised they will be moving forward with the claim as my defense was a template copied from the internet. They offered to settle out of court if I paid £200 which of course I refused. DBCL original claim was the car overstayed, they then said on the call that there was no payment made for parking. They are a joke!I have had a look at progress and the claim is with my local court now. I have had no communication about a court hearing yet. Shall I start with my witness statement and also would it be worth mentioning what was discussed on my medication call?Thank you0
