the redactions make it hard to see exactly what you are saying
however
1. you have a suitable account with TfL?
2. you have associated the vehicles with the account and the account has the vehicle details correct ?
3. you have a valid method of payment with adequate funds attached to the account ?0 -
1 silver Peugeot Expert L1H1 set up as "active".
That says to me that your van is indeed active for autopay.
Obvs, you need to have a valid payment method also set up.1 -
It should ping my account the first day I drive through and bill my phone? I guess that will tell meMildly_Miffed said:1 silver Peugeot Expert L1H1 set up as "active".

I get an email if I've incurred any charges that month, and payment is taken ~7 days later.
No other (app, text etc) notifications.
The whole system's a bit flakey IMO. On the plus side though, my car almost never gets tagged...1 -
I got fined twice last year. I don't want that to happen. If they don't email me how do pay directly to make sure I don't get fined again?Barkin said:I get an email if I've incurred any charges that month, and payment is taken ~7 days later.

Have you set up a valid payment method?
If you have, payment should be taken automatically.0 -
For Auto-pay to work you need an account, with your vehicle/s registered and a payment method set up.
You can verify this in your online account or in the app.
If that's all done you're good to go.
If you incur any charges within your statement period (dates can be seen from within your account) you get a monthly statement of charges, and payment is taken a week or so later.
Sometimes it's a bit slow, and charges don't appear until the following month statement. And sometimes they don't appear at all...
You don't get a notification every time you incur a charge.
If you wish to preempt your monthly statement, you can pay any charges from within your account, or simply pay online without the need for an account, but if you're doing that there's really no point in setting up Auto-pay...1 -
So drove through the zon̈e yesterday, I guess I'm set up and just need to wait for them to take payment.
