Do I just keep feeding in? S&S ISA with Moneybox.8

I opened a S&S ISA with Moneybox with a little bit of my children’s money and to fill up my annual isa allowance. I deposited £980 and as of today it’s worth £945 🙈
My plan had been to either drip feed or put another couple of grand in, and then top up monthly, but I’m not so sure this is a good plan now?

I’ve attached what stocks they have invested in.
Thanks

Why are you doubting that this is a good plan now? What's changed?2

Investing is for the long term, so minor short term drops are not so important.3

A 3.6% drop in the value of the investments isn't much to write home about. Investments are for the long term and some volatility is always expected.1

Just with the relatively short time it has been since I opened it and already lost a bit 🥹masonic said:Why are you doubting that this is a good plan now? What's changed?

So you bought some investments for a price of £980 a short while ago. Now you can buy the same investments for a price of only £945 and you are seeing that as a bad thing? Would you rather have paid £1016?hieveryone said:

Have you invested beyond your risk tolerance?hieveryone said:

Only a bit. The recent falls are still relatively small. Indeed, they are not in crash territory yet and nothing compared to 2000-2002, 2008 or 2020.hieveryone said:

Your investment selection is a strange. 2 ESG funds and one non-ESG fund.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. Is this one of the Standard Moneybox setups?
I think you just keep putting the money in and not look at it - anything you buy today is cheaper than yesterday and when it rebounds (it will) you'll get a good uplift.
I'm still putting money into my Moneybox ISA.1 -
I’m relatively new to S&S ISAs so to my mind it looks like ‘my’ money is now worth £945, ie I’ve lost money. Which is never a good thing surely 🤣masonic said:
