My easy access ISA pot sits with Skipton in a (NLA) base rate tracker flexible ISA (BoE - 0.25% = 4.25% AER). I've also opened a (still available) 4-access flexible ISA (variable 4.35% AER) sitting empty and I'm debating whether to keep my pot in the base rate tracker or swing it over to the 4-access.

If you only make occasional withdrawals, perhaps their 4-access would be an option?

Intalex, I have the same SKIPTON BRT ISA as you have and was thinking the same as you are.
It’s a choice between accepting any drop in the Bank of England base rate for the tracker ISA and whatever reduction then, if any, Skipton might make to the 4 access ISA.
In the end, they may both be at the same rate after a drop in the interest rate.

Chip has been pretty good, currently getting over 4.3%, bonus for new accounts is higher but still decent without it
Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.

Kroo Bank is offering a flexible Cash ISA at 4.3%, but of course you need to have a Kroo current account.

I want to commend Charter Savings Bank.

I have had several accounts with them over recent years. While rarely the top payer, they are usually competitive. Easy to open and to manage accounts. They don't mess about with short-term bonuses, just offer generally good straight rates.

I have opened their Easy Access ISA issue 56 today, paying 4.55% AER variable. Minimum balance £1. Unlimited withdrawals, but not flexible (can't replace withdrawals in the same tax year without affecting the overall ISA allowance). Accepts transfers.

Principality Online Bonus 5 Access Cash ISA   pays 4.5% including variable 1.55% bonus for first year but only 5 withdrawals per year. Had previous edition and found easy to set up and payments in and out very fast.

But that's 3% after the bonus expires, which is exactly the type of account I don't want.
