Maybe try replacing all brackets with commas or hyphens.

Hi I've received a response from moorside legal to the defence I submitted.
They also included with the letter a copy of their filled in directions questionnaire N180 and two large photos of the car in the playworld car park and copies of the initial ntk and the 2 reminders that were sent from ukcps. They also say 'NON POFA' at the top of the letters.
Am I right in thinking this is more of the same intimidation tactics?
From what I understand from reading on the forum I should be expecting the mcol to send me a directions questionnaire to fill in although this can take some weeks or months after the defence is filed. Have I got that right?
Text of letter below,
We write in relation to the above matter.Your DefenceWe have reviewed your Defence and confirm that the Particulars of Claim are compliant with CPR Rule 16.4 as they have set out a clear statement of fact.Based on your Defence, you were able to understand what the Claim relates to and file a detailed Defence.Further, you had the opportunity to request further information in response to the Letter of Claim. We have attached copy correspondence and photographic evidence for your ease of reference. We note all correspondence from our Client and Moorside were sent to your current service address. Our client is entitled to pursue you as the correct individual to be held liable for the debt as, on the balance of probabilities, you were the driver on the date the PCN relates to. As you did not appeal the PCN, are the registered keeper and have not provided the identity of the driver, we are satisfied that you incurred the PCN.In view of the above, our Client is satisfied that you are liable for the full amount of the Claim, and we urge you to make payment as soon as possible.
Please ensure you use the reference ###### as the payment reference to ensure we can quickly allocate the payment to your matter. If you wish to provide an alternative payment proposal, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of this letter. You will find out contact details on the final page of this letter. If the Claim is not settledWe hope this matter can be settled without further Court action, however if we are not able to reach a settlement, please be aware that our Client intends to proceed with the Claim. If the Claim proceeds, the Court will ask both Parties to file and serve a Directions Questionnaire, therefore we are including a copy of our Client's completed Directions Questionnaire with this letter and confirm the same has been filed with the Court. You may wish to seek independent legal advice.Yours sincerelyMoorside LegalMoorside Legal Services Limited0 -

I have received an SMS from Moorside Legal and attempted to engage with them through their website, but it would not accept the reference copied from the SMS. The text refers to a letter, but the only letter I received was from debt collectors called 'trace' at a different address. The matter refers to a 20 mins stay in a shopping centre car park, it was assumed at the time was municipal,-controlled as there was no obvious signage and no mention of NCP. It was necessary to park and then exit the car park and cross a road to find the single ticket machine, which was out of order. I dispute the existence of any contract in those circumstances and explained to NCP I would not pay the charge. What is now happening is simply harassment, with references to 'what you owe', when I owe nothing, absent a county court order.0

Ignore phone calls and text messages, no contacting, stick to actual paperwork, letters only
Keep following the 8 steps in the defence template thread in announcements at the top of the forum1 -

Trace and Moorside are both part of APN Group, whose Director is none other than the current President of the BPA. You could not make it up. Both Trade Bodies have huge conflicts of interest.

@amwell44 and @itgoodson you both need to start threads of your own if you want help and advice; it is confusing for everybody if you hi-jack other posters' threads. Ta3
