Like most people, I usually only post on forums when something goes wrong.

However, I thought I would put in a good word for Paragon after recently opening a new ISA account with them (4.5%) for the new tax year. This involved a transfer-in of a partial amount from an existing Coventry ISA account. The Coventry is only paying 4.3% and other Coventry accounts push me over the £85K FSCS limit.

To my surprise, the new Paragon account opening and transfer process took place very quickly with no problems whatsoever, so praise where it's due.

Yes. I like Paragon. Opened their double access ISA earlier this week. All sorted in minutes and fast communication by email. All ready to be funded by preset transfer from their easy access account on Monday
