Parking fine from private company

Here’s what happened. I’ve parked at a car park on leeds and paid via the app for three days. However i’ve realised that the payments hadn’t been going through most likely due to an app fault as apple pay had said payment accepted for all of these days. One i realised they hadn’t gone through i got in contact with the company who own the app regarding what’s happened and they didn’t allow any solution. Now i’ve received multiple fines from a private company for parking without reserving. The app you pay through and the company who issued the fine are two different companies. Please help.

Definitely wont be any fines, private parking companies dont issue them , magistrates do

Here’s an image of the top of the paper. The app paid through is called ecology. I’ve receive two letters with parking charges of £100

Do you have any proof of payment at all, it says on the website that you get a text confirmation.If the landowner wants to get in to bed with a parking app that fails that's their issue.The parking company pretending to manage the car park (CPP) are contracted by the land owner as well as Evology, so your first port of call is plan A as always see the newbies thread.
