Don't think we've seen an in-house UKPC case actually make it to a hearing. Could be wrong.  They've also stopped litigating new cases AFAIK. Not seen any for months!

Ah, did you mean in-house cases as opposed to DCB?

Can I ask what DCB refers to? Thanks
    Check the link

    https://dcblegal.co.uk/

Ukpc are contracting with dcb legal

The Range is a business on the retail park,  a tenant,  not the landowner,  not the retail park management company either

You should be complaining to the retail park management company,  the landlord  ( and / or landowner   ) not the tenant business

Unbelievably I received a court letter today. I’m assuming I can no longer ignore and need to defend the claim. I have 14 days to respond from the issue date (22nd May 2026)

LLogin To your government gateway account and complete the AOS stage online on MCOL, as explained in post 2 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad

Study the first 2 posts in the defence template thread in announcements too

Post a redacted picture of the POC from the lower left of the claim form below after hiding the VRM details first

Unbelievably?! DCB Legal always file claims. Weren't you expecting this, given a quick read of any UKPC DCB Legal threads?

Dead easy. Use the Template Defence.

Remove the picture, redact the VRM details and the password, and repost

The alleged breach is pleaded so use the 10 paragraph template defence in announcements
