Hi hope you can help. I opened I fixed 1yr ISA last July. Can I add to it before the 6th of April . Or do I have to wait until July?

Check the terms and conditions. Most fixed rate cash ISAs have a window at the start where you can add more money. But you'll be well past that. A few do allow you to add more money. Your ISA will mature in July when you'll have plenty of options. Of course you could simply open another ISA.MICKYW432 said:Hi hope you can help. I opened I fixed 1yr ISA last July. You can pay up to £20k into an ISA every tax year. If you haven't fully done so this year then you have until end of 5th April to add more. If your existing one doesn't allow more to be added then you can just open an easy access ISA and put it in there instead so you secure that allowance. As of 6th April you can then add another £20k.MICKYW432 said:Hi hope you can help. I opened I fixed 1yr ISA last July. Can I add to it before the 6th of April .
