ISA transfer showing as cash withdrawal on statement?

I requested a partial ISA transfer from my HTB Nationwide ISA to my MoneyBox cash ISA. According to MoneyBox, the transfer was successful and it shows as "transfer in from Nationwide" on the activity tab in the app, with full £20,000 ISA allowance remaining. However, on my Nationwide statement, the transfer shows as a "cash withdrawal."
Is that just how Nationwide label ISA transfers or should I be concerned? The transferred amount is not included in my "unrepaid withdrawal" amount on Nationwide, which shows me as still having most of my ISA allowance remaining (I cannot work out how they arrived at the exact number for remaining ISA allowance, as it doesn't relate at all to my contributions or the transfer amount). I'm just a bit concerned that "cash withdrawal" means Nationwide didn't actually send the money as a transfer, especially as I've since learned that Nationwide HTB ISAs aren't supposed to allow partial transfers.
I have tried to contact Nationwide about this but have not been successful. If a mistake has been made, I would be over my ISA allowance for this year as I've since made contributions into other (flexible) ISA accounts. Should I do anything before April 6th to try to avoid a problem occurring if it turns out the transfer wasn't handled correctly? I'm unlikely to use my full ISA allowance next year, so should I withdraw money from the other ISAs I contributed to just in case, and put it back in next week?

As it is a transfer from your HTB ISA it does not count towards your £20k allowance for this year as it is old money. If the money turns up in your other ISA it means it is still in the tax wrapper. However if it does not, that is when you might want to ask why a transfer was not carried out correctly.1

I had something similar happen last year - I confirmed with the sending provider directly that it was indeed a true ISA transfer.1
