BW Legal are trying to intimidate you into giving in.

Were you employed by the freeholder, or someone acting on behalf of the freeholder?

Yeah, it seems like that. I received a call this morning from the court asking to send my defence over as they didn't have it, so it does look like it is going to be a case. I can't see that BW would withdraw at this point? I was not employed by the Freeholder, but the company acting on behalf of the Freeholder, I worked for the block management company.

BW Legal cases normally proceed to hearings.

True, but even a DCB Legal case wouldn't be discontinued yet.

Are you able to get a witness statement from the company working on behalf of the freeholder?

Probably not, I worked there for a brief amount of time. Will let you know how I get on at the hearing.
