Warranty return to company in administration

Does anyone have a contact for the administrator? I'm in a similar situation where I tried returning an item a few weeks back but heard absolutely nothing since. I can't find any info online as to who the administrator is. Thanks in advance 🙏🏼0

The company Bax Music has just gone into administration, obvously all websites and phones are down. Does the item still belong to me or the administrator? Will they just return it? Not sure what to do, any ideas? Thanks in advance
There is a UK company that has a rather nasty looking balance sheet and has the appropriate board members... it isnt insolvent yet and no notices in the Gazette but if its parent has fallen it may follow shortly after.
Netherlands law is likely to be roughly similar to UK but not identical. Were it here then it certainly would remain your property but getting it back could be difficult if the administrators have made the decision not to try and keep the company running whilst sorting things out behind the scene.
It goes back to the UK limited company in Sevenoaks first.
Yep, recorded message, I sent an email to customer service there.
Yes I have a link now thanks, they are saying not to contact but customers should receive an email by 18/4

Apologies, just seen this, the company was restarted by the previous CEO Jochanon Bax, I actually found him on Facebook and messaged him. Miraculously he replied. My package apparently never got to them for repair so was obviously either stolen by the courier or the warehouse workers in the confusion of the bankrupsy. Once he got involved I was issued with gift vouchers for the original cost of the item £1426 which I quickly spent on something they had in stock and is currently with UPS coming to me on Tuseday. It's taken a good while but my advice would be to contact him, stay polite and just keep your patience, and you may get a happy ending like me.1
