Could you show both sides of the NTK please? Redact your name/address & VRM & PCN ref, but leave all dates showing. I want to see if they've misled you about keeper liability.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

There is nothing on the back, it's blank. That pub is getting a bad review when this is all over. Fancy contracting with these jokers, and not having any way to sort it out when they inevitably make a mistake.2 -

Yes, I too prefer to pay 100% of nothing.

Fancy contracting with these jokers, and not having any way to sort it out when they inevitably make a mistake. That's literally all I received. That one letter, printed on one side.I just got another identical one through the door today. Same PCN, same photos, same everything. It looks like they bungled it so badly that they failed to send the very first one, which I guess would have been the NTK, and then sent the "reminder" twice. If I have never received an NTK then presumably it's far too late now.0 -
It's amazing how often the first postal PCN's go missing.I wonder whyCAVEAT LECTOR2

But the reminder says the first PCN was less than 28 days ago. What are you waiting for?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

But the reminder says the first PCN was less than 28 days ago. What are you waiting for?I don't follow. I never got the first PCN apparently, if they even sent it. I've sent them an SAR just to see what they have, if anything.I didn't get a first letter, only two reminders, a day apart. Now I'm just waiting for the outcome of the appeal I lodged with them. Should I do something else?0 -
