Parking Charge

I received parking charges, PCM own the car park at my house & have oversold the permits, there are no marked bays and not enough spaces for the amount of permits/cars & people just park where ever they sort off can. I have parked next to a fence which isn't blocking anything but kept getting tickets for not parking in a marked bay or a restricted area. The sign says no parking in the garage areas however the car park is surrounded by garages so this isn't clear. There are 'no marked bays' in the car park & now Trace are saying that its going to solicitor action. I haven't spoken to them does anyone have advice on how to proceed with this? I have a permit displayed so they know I live there, nothing says first come first serve, but the signs are not clear.

Check the parking requirements in the lease or tenancy agreement
Complain about the pcns to the managing agents
Study other residential cases on here, because its all about contracts and permits etc, always a difficult topic to get a handle on, each case is different
Trace wont be taking court action, but PCM UK LTD may well do, possibly via Gladstones Solicitors1 -
I have complained they have said, they are unsure where we can actually park in the carpark as there is no marked bays & PCM wont sort this & redo the car park. They have asked them to putting tickets on residents cars. Will Gladstones contact me? or will the courts if they decide too?0

PCM don't own any car parks. They are just ex-clamper leeches who were on Watchdog and outed as rogue traders:
http://parking-prankster.blogspot.com/2015/05/is-it-pcm-uk-who-make-up-stuff-all-time.html?m=1Why have the residents agreed to this crap? Why did the leaseholders sleepwalk into letting this happen?
Say no. Get them removed, like this:

You are right not to contact Trace. You are supposed to ignore the £170 threatograms & laugh!
Seems like you haven't yet read the fourth post then the second post of the NEWBIES thread? The former is your stage (Trace letters) and the latter post tells you what happens next.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Regarding your tenancy or leaseholder rights, there is a lot of excellent information in the following saga
