Thames Water - Month of new rise?

Given the weekend I don't think they would be able to change your direct debit as the 7th April is effectively 3 working days away.0

I was just surprised they don't know what the rise will be, most people by the sound of it know what extra they will be paying by now. I only pay £20 a month and am in credit but have heard some horrible price increases. I'm assuming it won't be £40 a month going forward but would like to know if it is £2, £5, £15 or what? I suppose, unlike other things where I could swap with a months notice, broadband, phone, electric, gas or give notice where I live, it is a foregone rise so they don't think it is important to let me know the "true" amount of rise before it is expected to be paid.Penguin_ said:Given the weekend I don't think they would be able to change your direct debit as the 7th April is effectively 3 working days away.Paddle No 21:wave:0 -
hi, i'm with stwater and as yet not had any notification of a price rise so i went to there web site to find it for my self and found something interesting.it seems as though metered customers will have a larger increase than unmetered, unless i'm reading it wrong. is having any sort of meter an (or will be) excuse to give larger increases.
