"Please don’t call us until you’ve received your contract pack, as we won’t be able to identify you on our systems before then. We’re helping a lot of customers at the moment, so it might take a while to get through.
"If you do need to get in touch, the easiest way is to visit our website and start a live chat with one of our friendly customer service advisors. This is available Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday 9am-2pm. You can also call us on 0800 015 2216."

If you click the link, there's a Welcome Rebel Energy Tariff on drop down box of available tariffs. - isn't too bad. If you have solar, BG is offering 15p SEG for Rebel customers.

What are the rates compared to what they were with Rebel?0 -
@Newbie_John - It will differ between regions - use Tariff Information Page link under FAQ, put in your post code, fuel and select Welcome Rebel Energy v1, it will show tariff. Unit rates a bit cheaper. SC 54.738 for south west (always more expensive). There are cheaper SC - EON.
I have a small solar array, just received the MSC, so registered for BG SEG @ 15p to offset high SC.0 -
