Yay! Your brother won - congrats!
I presume that he doesn't have any wasted costs that he wants to email the court to ask for (see NEWBIES thread link to BlueToffee's example because discontinuing ONE DAY before a hearing is wholly unreasonable and can cost a Defendant a whole day's work or loss of a day's leave that they took off).

Tbh that's a good shout, he had to mess around so much to get the day off to attend Court as he couldn't get annual leave, and all the time spent to write the defence and go through it all and to write up a 48 page WS and getting all the evidence and images it wasn't easy. Therefore I will look at the above link2
