Flexible ISA rules

Thanks - seems to depend on provider.
I just looked on my Trading 212 app, and it seems that (at least for a transfer from HSBC into Trading 212), I do get to decide how much of the transfer relates to new and current year money (see image) - but if I select e.g. Coventry Building Society, Charter; I can only select full transfer for current tax year, with a message saying Coventry/Charter don't support partial transfers of current tax years.
For transfers in on my Chip app there are no options - it says they don't support partial transfers in at all - so it's all or nothing

Yes, to be clear, beyond deposit limits there's nothing really differentiating between current and prior year money within the ISA rules, but individual providers can choose to impose their own arbitrary transfer restrictions, many of which will originate from earlier iterations of the scheme rules.beefturnmail said:Thanks - seems to depend on provider.
