I don''t do online banking and last time I opened an ISA I had to go into my bank branch to pay in. Is this always the case?

I was looking at Leeds BS but I haven't decided. I hoped someone would know a good rate that I can pay in online. In fact I was surprised when last time they wouldn't let me do that.0

You can pay into a Hargreaves Lansdown ISA online by entering your debit card on an online form.0
