Its a straight up scam this and scammers they are how can they get away with stuff like this sending insufficient evidence yet asking for payment

Because its currently an unregulated cowboy industry and we are waiting for the mhclg department  ( government   ) to finally introduce regulations

6 years we've been waiting on Govt to regulate this PP 'cowboy' industry. MPs and groups like the one C-mad is on are pushing for it. Motorists should push too email your MP and support the parking petitions. 🙏
