It's still too long and the "consideration period" is 5 minutes, not 10.

Signage,  CRA and Landowner authority are already covered in other paragraphs, you don't need the detail at this stage.

There is a phrase about not having derived any benefit from the car park which I can't find the exact words for, perhaps someone can help me out - it's usually for airport drop-off zones where the driver simply passed through the area without stopping.  I would add that, but nothing else to what I suggested.
Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'

Ok thanks, I did see a bit about that so I'll look again and make it shorter. Thank you!

    is this ok...

    3. Upon entering the site, the Defendant attempted multiple times to pay via the online address displayed on the signage; however, on each attempt, the system returned a message stating “payment not accepted at this time” (screenshot provided). Believing this might be a temporary error, the Defendant retried several times before telephoning the payment line listed on the signage, but the automated system stated that the location was “unknown” (call record attached). Believing the car park to be associated with the church, and that payment might be possible inside, the Defendant walked to the church to enquire but found it closed. Realising payment could not be made, the Defendant left promptly. The total duration on site was approximately 10 minutes, including the time spent attempting to pay and checking the signage. The Defendant derived no benefit from the car park and did not park or accept any contractual terms. Under the British Parking Association Code of Practice (BPA CoP, para 13.1), operators must allow a reasonable consideration period for drivers to read the terms, attempt payment, and decide whether to stay or leave. The Defendant’s actions were within this reasonable period, and therefore no contravention occurred.

That looks good.  No evidence goes with a defence so change comments to screenshots/call record will be provided with the witness statement.

A heads-up  -  you should be using/quoting the latest unregulated "joint" single ppssCoP:-

Suggestion  -  make sure your devices are set to English (UK)  -  it has been known that American spelling may annoy some Judges.
