Will my payment reduce

Hi i like many am paying ridiculous interest on my car finance,  when this is all sorted will the remainder of the finance % dropped to the lowest level it should have been when I purchased the car? Will my monthly payments go down as well?

They've not decided who has won/lost and what the compensation scheme would be yet. You'll have to wait for the judgement. The big court case in the Supreme Court is tomorrow, so not long now.

the FCA are looking into an industry wide redress scheme where the lenders will contact you and you may get paid a set amount 

where does this leave all the people that have gone to the ambulance chasers to manage their no win no fee claims for them
