Concerned! Have provided acc no. car reg all required personal info from Martin Lewis toolkit to finance provider formally RCI now Mobilize. Return email is asking for passport or driving licence identity proof in order to access the archived information. Has this happened to anyone else please. Finance was in 200b.

Yes, there are multiple posts on this if you search, they need to check you are who you are claiming to be and entitled to put a complaint in (not a claim)twinnygranny said:Concerned!
