Transfer money from cash ISA to LISA

Hello, I am wondering if I am able to transfer £4000 from my cash isa with Moneybox to my LISA with Moneybox before the end of the financial year without this counting towards my £20,000 annual ISA allowance or whether this will count towards this still?

It is permitted to do this, but whether you can arrange it in practice within this tax year will depend on Moneybox. Perhaps it will be easy, being an internal transfer, but typically transfers can take longer than a week.
