One Touch Switch with a different bill payer (Be Fibre)

We're looking to change broadband to a new provider, likely Be Fibre, and ideally would like to use the One Touch Switch service to make it as smooth as possible. But we also need to change who will be paying the bill, so would that cause issues when switching using OTS?

Additionally, if anyone has any feedback on how good or bad Be Fibre are, I'd be interested. So far I've found their doorknocker representative hasn't responded to my email I sent several days ago. You'd think they'd jump at the chance to sign up a new customer?

    I would be ringing their sales team on 0333 344 5974. Rather than trusting anything a unsolicited cold caller says.

    Although they do not seem so good at keeping website upto date
