RBS to NatWest isa transfer

Hello,
Would a RBS  to Natwest isa or vice versa  be classed as a internal transfer so could be done in under 5 days. Being as they are basically  the same bank under different  brands?

Isn't the ISA you want to transfer to not available with both RBS and Natwest? Normally have same products available

I opened 1 with each bank last year, not really knowing  what the heck l was doing, so I just want to merge them quickly and then transfer to a new provider with better rates.

They operate under separate banking licences, with individual FSCS protections, etc, so even though they share superficial stuff like website/app design, they are definitely different institutions, despite sharing common corporate ownership.
