Uswitch - Vodafone Broadband

My current plusnet contract is ending and i'm considering swithcing to Vodafone.
Looked up Uswitch and offer for Full fibre 74 is £25 per month, £90 gift voucher, 3 month Amazon prime membership.
I phoned up Uswitch as i wanted to query if i went through Topcashback to Uswitch and then Vodafone would i qualify for both the £40 cashback on TCB and £90 gift voucher on Uswitch.
The Uswitch agent wasn't able to answer the question.
He proceeded then to say he could offer £100 gift card and asked my address so he could look up the deals available. He said he could do the  Vodafone Full Fibre 74  for £23 per month!
Is this safe to do a deal on Uswitch?
I wasnt sure about why he could offer cheaper price and more cashback than advertised on the site. I also felt a little uncomfortable with him, wouldnt say pushy, but not really pleasant to speak with. In the end i said i'd think about it and get back to him on Monday. He said a quick goodbye and quickly hung up.
Any experiences?
thanks

So .. you want the cheapest full fibre on the market, cashback and a giftcard.

    Good luck with that.

Sorry .. I know you are trying for the best deal.

Given that the phone number is on the uSwitch website I would say you can trust it. That said I tend to treat cashback/ gift cards as a bonus - in that these things can fall through for any reason.

I went with Vodafone 2 years ago via this site and received a gift card. I've just renewed with them as I can't find a cheaper deal.

Vodafone have gone down hill since merger. Support is almost non existent if things go wrong.
    Avoid like plague.
Sky/NOW have proper support in place.

Plusnet have one of the higher customer satisfaction ratings in the Which? and Ofcom surverys. Vodafone one of the worst. Sky comes out well as well on that side.

Cheap is great whilst it is working, not if it isn't and the support is poor. Different people value different things I guess.

    Is Sky good ISP then?
I cancelled my original Vodafone  FF broadband order and went with Sky.
Sky don't just lump £3 onto the monthly price annually like some other suppliers.

    Middling, I'd say.
A good ISP would be one like A&A, but you pay a premuium for that level of service.
