FTTP + copper phone line, any reasonable options?

Hi,
I switched over from Virgin Media cable internet to Plusnet "full fibre" when it became available in my area, then switched over to Vodafone when the initial deal ended.
Renewal time is up again and Vodafone are quoting me £25 higher renewal price per month than other providers (e.g. YouFibre).
I'm trying to find a company that offers FTTP but also combined with a real, OG copper phone line...
a) does such an offering exist? and
b) does it exist for a semi-reasonable price?

The reason for wanting a copper line is when my power went out earlier this year, it was stressful and nigh on impossible to call the relevant people to sort it out as phone signal in my house is basically non existent (my phone constantly lives on Voice over WiFi, that's basically the only way I'm able to successfully make and receive calls!) It feels like a no brainer in terms of safety to have a line at this point in case there's an emergency and I need to call 999, electrician, plumber,w hatever.
I tried going through the BT Broadband signup process (knowing that they definitely should offer a real phone line option) but I got most of the way through the Fibre + Phone option only to be forced to select "Yes I'm happy to use Digital Voice" (only one option - there was no "No, continue to use copper line") which sort of defeats the point of what I'm trying to achieve!
Signing up for a BT standalone phone line is coming up at £28/month for the standalone product which is more than YouFibre are quoting for their entire 900MB firbre package so that sounds a bit insane (I swear the line rental was more like £15/month last time I had one)
Thanks!
