No - they are at hearing stage so need to think about their WS & evidence.
However, DCB Legal always discontinue ParkingEye claims so the hearing fee will never be paid; what's the date they have to pay the hearing fee by?
And what's the date(s) on that Order for both parties to file & serve WS & evidence?
