Hi,
Firstly thank you for all the information that has been provided within the newbies post, I have been following correctly for my own ticket.
I received a letter of claim from dcblegal - I followed up with the email (i refer to your letter of claim...) from the newbies thread.
They have now replied giving me 30 days to pay. Do I wait this out? Should I complain to popla- looking back again i feel I may have left this stage out? Can I expect to go to court?
Many thanks

No chance of appealing to popla, that ship sailed long ago,
Which parking company is shown on the dcb legal letter of claim ?
You wait out the next few weeks
Then you should receive a court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL
A court claim is not the same as going to court
You can expect NOT GOING TO COURT, not with our help, but it is a possibility2 -
What happened when you tried Plan A, a complaint to the landowner and your MP? That is always the best way to kill this off.
Where did the alleged event occur? It may have cropped up here before.
Meanwhile, read the guide to court written by bargepole that you will find in the NEWBIES, and the template defence sticky Announcement so you will know what to do, and what not to do (don't submit your dfeence via MCOL) if/when the claim form arrives.
