I have an account with Smarty (in my name)  pay monthly - rolling
The main number associated with the account is my daughter's phone number, as it was taken out when she was 13 - she's now 21

Due to the network being so bad where we live, she wants to move over to Voxi  on the Vodaphone network also on a rolling 30 day contract

She will set up the new account in her name,

Is it as easy as her setting up the new account on VOXI, then asking for the PAC code from smarty and applying it to the new SIM,
Will there be problems as it will be transferring the number from my name into hers

Again this will be a 30 day rolling account

No problems with doing exactly as you say.

There is no actual transfer of ownership since the number is not actually "owned" by a particular individual, it is simply associated with a particular user account when registered on a network.
