So will the changes not go to the house of Lords and be subject to the traditional ping pong back and forth with ammendments?0

The center may not speed things up, 25 in Yorkshire region. It is just a location where you might have to go for face to face assessment, most still seem to be phone.
As a guide we have one about 10 miles from us. Still took a year & was via phone.
They do need to get faster.Life in the slow lane0
