Taking offence at the title of a form and describing this issue is a 'serious security risk', while leaving no less than three angry Trustpilot reviews for the same incident, aren't really a particularly proportionate response IMHO....3 -

We won’t buy from Currys any more.
We bought a laptop which ended up being delivered to the wrong address. It took us months and multiple emails and visits to the shop we bought it from to get our money back and at many points we thought we wouldn’t (we kept being promised a solution but it never materialised). It was so stressful. Now we boycott them. Buying a birthday gift should never make you feel so bad.1
